80% of 10,000 BrSE participants working in Japan

Last weekend, FPT Software in cooperation with Meros Japanese Language School held the graduation ceremony for the 6th course of 10,000 BrSE Program (10K Brse).

After more than two years of implementation, up to now, FPT Software has launched 09 10K Brse courses with a total of 550 students. 450 of them are graduates, 80% of them are currently working at some of Japan's major companies, including NTT Communications, Fujitsu, SBI Holdings, Human Touch, Pasona Tech, FPT Japan with a salary of USD 2,000 - USD 3,000/month. The remaining 20% are currently working at FPT Software in Vietnam and Japanese companies in Vietnam.

"With the desire to offer Vietnamese IT engineers more opportunities to study and work in Japan, the company will focus on improving the quality of trainees, expanding cooperative models with enterprises and training institutions," said Nguyen Hong Lien in charge of FPT Software's 10,000 BrSE program.

FPT Software has implemented a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) training program since 2015. The program aims to train and supply IT engineers who are knowledgeable in Japanese and able to work with Japanese enterprises through short-term training programs in Vietnam and Japan. At the same time, providing IT human resources good at Japanese and working with Japanese partners for IT companies in Vietnam and Japan.
