ALC teams up with FPT IS to pioneer SAP ERP application in management

FPT IS and Moi Land Service Trading Joint Stock (ALC) officially launched the project: “Deploying enterprise resource planning system - SAP S/4 HANA ERP”. After three years of consideration, ALC decided that 2020 will be a pivotal year for management improvement via technology application, namely SAP ERP system. With this system, ALC will become one of the giants in wood industry to pioneer the application of advanced management technology.

ALC is the owner of Casta - the leading brand of kitchen cabinet. Conducting diverse businesses including delivery, transport, logistics management, import and export, trade, ALC is in great demand for the corporate management via a unified operating system. Therefore, ALC decided to deploy SAP ERP system - the enterprise resource planning applications by FPT IS.

SAP S/4 HANA ERP for ALC is expected to be deployed by FPT IS within 9 months including modules: Finance and Cost (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), inventory management and integrated barcode and Project Management (PS).

Via this system, ALC will deploy management activities in a unified manner and operate smoothly production and business lines. Besides, the company can make clear strategic plans, creating a solid foundation for its long-term development. ALC runs SAP ERP system as the main platform in all of its daily operations for continuously provided information, workflow control and management.

The representatives from FPT IS and ALC signed the project cooperation agreement.
