AutoMagi Ltd. signs master services agreement with FPT Software

In late August, Mr. Hoang Manh Ha, Deputy Director of FSU1 and some leaders went to Norway, Denmark and Finland to survey the markets and sign a master services agreement (MSA) with AutoMagi on strengthening cooperation in the future.

The signing of the MSA brought FPT Software OSDC contract with AutoMagi for a period of one year.

Earlier, after almost 5 months of searching information about FPT Software, AutoMagi entrusted FPT Software with a test project. With the good result, AutoMagi decided to assign a Mobility project to FPT Software by establishing an Offshore Software Development Centre) for a term of one year.

"In the Nordic markets, small and medium enterprises (SME) in this segment like AutoMagi are very active in finding outsourcing partners. In fact, they have outsourced partners in the nearby countries such as Ukraine, Romania, and Poland”, said Mr. Ho Quang Huy, Account Manager.

In the past, AutoMagi assigned this kind of task to a company in Romania but the result was not as good as expected. Therefore, AutoMagi decided to transfer its entire phase of "Development" to FPT Software.

According to Mr. Huy, with this contract, FPT Software expected to enter the Nordic markets in an easier way due to SMEs’ engagement. "Providing good services at reasonable prices as well as developing reasonable access strategies will help FPT Software most likely succeed here." Before the signing ceremony, President and CEO of AutoMagi introduced FPT Software to 4 other companies with promising demands.

AutoMagi specializes in offering services such as analysis, design and programming in the field of mobile technology on multiple platforms including iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
