FPT Chairman, Mr. Truong Gia Binh, is the Co-Chairman of Vietnam's Leading Business Council

FPT Corporation and 20 other large companies like Truong Hai Auto Corporation, BIDV, and Vietnam Rubber Group are founding members of Vietnam's Leading Enterprise Council, managed by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh is one of three co-chairmen of the Council, along with VCCI Chairman Pham Tan Cong and THACO Group Chairman Tran Ba Duong.

During the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of VCCI (April 27, 1963 - April 27, 2023), the event was organized by VCCI on April 26, 2023, in Hanoi. The Council was established to promote development and enhance the competitiveness of the Vietnamese economy.

At the event, President Vo Van Thanh presented flowers to congratulate the Council. Also, he welcomed VCCI's initiative to establish the Leading Enterprise Council, which aims to gather, connect, and promote the development of leading enterprises.

According to Mr. Pham Tan Cong - Chairman of VCCI, the businesses selected to participate in this Council must first belong to the Executive Board of VCCI, be in the top 10 of a particular industry, and be a large and reputable company...to participate in directing and supporting the development of businesses in their industry.

Representing FPT Corporation in the Council, together with the Chairman of the Board - Mr. Truong Gia Binh - was CEO Nguyen Van Khoa. FPT Corporation. FPT Corporation - and its subsidiary firms - would be responsible for boosting the industry's development and the Vietnamese economy.

As a top business in the Information technology industry, FPT would contribute its expertise and experience to bring Vietnamese science and technology to the world, together with the Council, to advise and consult on economic development policies and support the development of other businesses.

In addition to being a member of the Leading Enterprise Council in Vietnam, FPT also participates in large organizations and associations such as the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Vietnam, VINASA... By joining these large organizations, FPT promotes digital transformation in its member companies, aiming for sustainable development and successful digitalization for its partner businesses.

For many years recently, FPT has achieved numerous accomplishments when leading Vietnamese enterprises to the global market, pioneering and being ready to accompany other businesses. At the end of 2022, FPT had reached a revenue of 1 billion USD in the foreign market. The Corporation also recorded revenue of 44,010 VND billion and pre-tax profit of 7,662 billion VND, increasing by 23.4% and 20.9%, respectively, compared to the same period last year, completing 104% of the revenue target and 100% of the profit target approved at the 2022 AGM. In the first two months of 2023, FPT's revenue reached 7,295 billion VND, and pre-tax profit reached 1,312 billion VND, increasing by 19.6% and 19% compared to the same period last year. In the future, FPT hopes to be a part of Vietnamese intelligence and the strength of science and technology to develop sustainable business globally.
