FPT Innovation Awards Foster a Culture of Creativity in Implementing Resolution 57

On January 22, 2026, FPT Corporation held the final round of the iKhiến Competition, where the Grand Prize for Innovation of the Year was awarded to the Kyta Platform—a pioneering low-code/no-code digitalization platform integrating AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency. Currently, Kyta Platform is working alongside several ministries and government agencies to advance digital transformation in line with Resolution 57, and is being used by more than 4,500 enterprises both domestically and internationally across sectors including finance, insurance, logistics, and real estate.

The solution reduces application development time by 70%, cuts operating costs by 80%, and shortens processing time by 90%, while also eliminating identity fraud risks in electronic transactions.

Recently, the platform has been deployed nationwide within the Civil Judgment Enforcement System, in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, as part of a comprehensive digital transformation effort in the civil enforcement sector. As of the end of 2025, 100% of enforcement decisions have been issued electronically through an AI-integrated system, with more than 600,000 e-receipts replacing paper documents, representing a total transaction value exceeding VND 30 trillion.

The iKhiến Competition is an annual innovation award program organized by FPT since 2017, aimed at fostering a culture of innovation, encouraging research and development, and promoting the application of technology to improve productivity and operational efficiency, while creating products and solutions that deliver tangible value to customers.

Beyond being a competition, iKhiến has, over the years, gradually formed a continuous “innovation flow” within FPT and has become a launchpad for new ideas and a bold, proactive mindset among employees. Initiatives span three main categories: product, solution, and service enhancements; process, tools, and workplace improvements; and employee engagement initiatives that promote FPT’s cultural values. This approach enables iKhiến not only to drive product-level innovation but also to foster creativity in governance, operations, and workplace development—creating a comprehensive internal innovation ecosystem.

In addition to criteria such as novelty, creativity, and effectiveness, iKhiến also emphasizes a unique requirement reflected in its name: initiatives are not driven by external mandates or assignments, but stem purely from individual initiative—employees’ own desire to improve their work by applying scientific and technological advancements to save time, reduce effort, and enhance productivity for themselves and the organization.

From initiatives that strengthen cultural cohesion to tools that optimize productivity and efficiency, and to products, solutions, and platforms delivering outstanding value to customers—all affirm a core philosophy: at FPT, no idea is too small, and every creative effort is valued and nurtured.

He further emphasized that iKhiến has transformed innovation from a slogan into an intrinsic growth driver, playing a critical role in enabling the Group to continuously adapt and maintain its pioneering position in the era of digital and AI transformation. Notably, through iKhiến, FPT has proactively identified and allocated investment resources to high-potential products aligned with the spirit of Resolution 57. This serves as strong evidence of leveraging science and technology as a catalyst for breakthrough growth and realizing FPT’s aspiration for technological mastery and sustainable development.

To date, iKhiến has recorded 13,227 initiatives, generating economic value worth trillions of Vietnamese dong. In 2025 alone, the program attracted 3,838 registered initiatives, delivering nearly VND 1 trillion in economic value for the Group.

Many initiatives originating from iKhiến have been further developed into commercialized products and solutions, serving not only domestic customers but also global markets. These have become integral components of the Made-by-FPT ecosystem, directly contributing to the Group’s technological capabilities and sustainable growth.

Among notable products developed from these innovation initiatives is Akabot—an intelligent automation platform integrating Agentic AI, OCR, and IDP technologies to enhance RPA software robots, enabling business process automation and saving up to 80% in processing time and operational costs. The solution has been deployed for more than 4,500 customers across 21 countries.

In addition, the IFRS 9 application system—a platform supporting financial institutions in preparing reports in compliance with international standards—is considered a pioneering solution in Vietnam, helping financial and banking enterprises progressively meet global integration requirements. In the automotive industry, MaaZ BSW and MaaZ Studio support Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers in addressing the shortage of AUTOSAR resources, thereby enhancing technological capabilities and participation in global supply chains.

In the field of safety and security, FPT eID is an identity authentication system using citizen ID chip reading, enabling verification within 1–5 seconds and currently widely applied in the banking and finance sector. Meanwhile, Code Vista—an AI-powered programming assistant—supports code generation, debugging, and error correction, helping developers improve productivity and reflecting FPT’s strategic direction in applying AI to enhance labor efficiency.

Another standout product emerging from iKhiến is FPT Camera Agent software. FPT engineers have developed firmware compatible with most camera hardware, reducing dependency on suppliers and enabling competition with international brands. With 20 modules functioning as a “brain” that connects peripheral hardware such as lenses, sensors, motors, microphones, and speakers to processing and storage systems, FPT Camera Agent transforms conventional cameras into smart cameras. These devices can capture video and audio data, perform AI analysis, encode, compress, and transmit data to the cloud or directly to management systems. Users can perform tasks such as multi-platform camera management, live streaming, two-way communication, and cloud storage.

FPT identifies investment in research and development (R&D) as a long-term strategic pillar, focusing on core technologies such as AI, data, cloud, automation, semiconductors, and cybersecurity. Recently, FPT also announced investments in five strategic technologies: Quantum AI, cybersecurity, UAVs, data, and railway technology. This marks a significant step toward mastering core technologies and developing a high-quality workforce to support national technological sovereignty.

In the field of quantum technology and AI, FPT has established the Quantum AI & Cybersecurity Research Institute (QACI), focusing on key activities including research and solution development, doctoral and high-level expert training, and international collaboration. This is currently one of the first quantum research centers established by a Vietnamese enterprise. FPT plans to invest USD 100 million in the Quantum AI & Cybersecurity Research Institute.
