CyRadar – a cybersecurity company invested and developed by FPT Corporation – has once again been included in Microsoft’s official list of compatible security software providers for Windows users. This marks the second consecutive year a Vietnam-made anti-malware product—CyRadar—has appeared in a list widely regarded as a key global reference for Windows users.
Microsoft updates this list annually using stringent evaluation criteria. Vendors must demonstrate deep compatibility with the Windows operating system by fully complying with requirements for APIs and Kernel Mode Drivers. Providers like CyRadar must also pass rigorous system performance and stability tests.

Additionally, Microsoft only recognizes products certified by independent international testing laboratories and requires extremely low false-positive rates to ensure user experience. CyRadar’s continued presence on this list demonstrates that it has met and surpassed some of Microsoft’s most demanding technical requirements.
CyRadar stands among long-established global cybersecurity brands like Norton, McAfee, and Avira. Its inclusion in this refined shortlist reflects Microsoft’s tightening standards and its recognition of only the highest-performing security products.

Over the past two years, CyRadar has focused on enhancing product capabilities to strengthen proactive defense and closely follow real-world attack chains. The company has integrated machine learning and behavioral analysis models to detect sophisticated threats such as polymorphic malware and fileless attacks. Most importantly, CyRadar EDR is fully aligned with the MITRE ATT&CK framework, enabling comprehensive detection and mitigation of tactics used by advanced cybercriminal groups.
To date, CyRadar EDR protects more than 8,000 endpoints across government agencies and enterprises. Many organizations deploy CyRadar on thousands of devices, including provincial units in Đồng Nai and Bình Phước, as well as the Medlatec medical system. These real-world deployments demonstrate the product’s stability in high-demand, large-scale environments.
Mr. Nguyễn Minh Đức, Founder & CEO of CyRadar, said:
“Microsoft’s move to narrow the list down to just eight providers reflects a global trend toward stricter evaluation standards. In this context, being the only Southeast Asian company to remain in this group not only affirms CyRadar’s international competitiveness but also highlights the rising potential of Vietnam’s cybersecurity industry. This is a concrete step toward national Cybersecurity Autonomy, contributing to a secure foundation for Vietnam’s digital transformation.”

CyRadar positions itself as a next-generation cybersecurity solution provider focused on early detection and prevention of threats targeting enterprises and government agencies. Its core technology identifies abnormal behaviors at endpoints, provides early attack warnings, and protects users from malware spread via the internet, email, or sophisticated phishing techniques. To date, CyRadar has detected more than 50 million malicious files and URLs, and its solutions have been introduced in major technology markets including the UK, France, the US, South Korea, and Japan.
