Daiwa Institute of Research search technology cooperation opportunities with FPT

On November 23, Mr. Koichi Suzuki, Vice President of Daiwa Institute of Research, the leading research institute in Japan along with leaders of NEC and Panasonic, two techonogy giants in Japan, had a meeting with Le Hong Viet, CTO of FPT Coporation to discuss cooperation opportunity in the field of Robotics.

At this meeting, Mr. Le Hong Viet introduced FPT’s IoT and Robotics R&D. "For the two arrays, FPT will focus on handling data connections and offering intelligent services,” stated Mr. Viet.

Also at this meeting, the team of Robot R&D under FPT Technology Research Institute demonstrated some intelligent apps on Robot Rogo such as RogoTele; RogoChat and RogoHome. 

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Koichi Suzuki highly appreciated technologies and apps FPT had been studying. He also hoped that the two sides would keep holding meetings to discuss in more detail about the cooperation opportunity between the two sides in the future. The representatives from Panasonic and NEC also expressed their interest in the apps on Robot Rogo and asked for further discussion in the future.
