FPT Digital Teams Up with Advantech to Construct A Digital Transformation Ecosystem

FPT Digital and Advantech Vietnam recently inked a strategic cooperation memorandum, pledging to leverage each other's strengths to establish a comprehensive digital transformation solution ecosystem for clients. Advantech, established in 1983 in Taiwan, is a prominent industrial computer manufacturer, commanding over 42% of the global market share with 27 branches worldwide.

The signing ceremony saw the presence of Mr. Ngo Viet Hai, Deputy CEO of Advantech Vietnam, and Mr. Hoang Van Cuong, Business Development Manager of Advantech Vietnam. Representing FPT Digital were Mr. Vuong Quan Ngoc, Director of Digital Transformation Consulting, and Mr. Le Huy Hoang, Manager of Digital Transformation Consulting.

As per the agreement, both parties will collaborate to develop a product ecosystem tailored to specific customer groups, focusing on customers in the manufacturing sector and industrial parks. They also pledge to allocate resources and time to exchange and learn from each other's experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of each other's operations. This aims to facilitate smooth coordination and progressively enhance the service value offered by both sides. Furthermore, FPT Digital and Advantech will collaborate on specialized events, seminars, and conferences to disseminate information and engage with potential customers.

Mr. Ngo Viet Hai, the Deputy CEO of Advantech Vietnam, underscored the pivotal role of consulting firms in guiding businesses through the digital transformation journey. He emphasized that consulting serves as the cornerstone, offering a well-defined roadmap for companies to navigate, thereby steering clear of fragmented solution implementation. Mr. Hai highlighted that digital transformation could feel like "falling by the wayside" without a clear roadmap. He emphasized Advantech's aim to collaborate with proficient consulting entities and employ systematic working processes to guide customers in approaching digital transformation effectively. This approach is envisioned to elevate the success rate of the transformation process.

During the discussion, both parties explored several potential collaboration opportunities. Advantech expressed its desire for FPT Digital's involvement in understanding the needs and evaluating the current status of a prominent home appliances brand in Vietnam. Mr. Vuong Quan Ngoc, Director of Digital Transformation Consulting, concurred with Advantech's proposed work roadmap and assured the allocation of optimal resources to support the project.

Mr. Vuong Quan Ngoc pledged to allocate the best resources to foster collaboration between both entities.

By amalgamating the experience and expertise of both parties, a well-defined and intricate digital transformation roadmap can be formulated, coupled with comprehensive support services catered to clients' needs. This collaboration is poised to generate enduring value, empowering clients to thrive in the contemporary business landscape.
