FIS IS officially runs SAP ERP system for FECON

Modules put into operation include Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI-CO), Business Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Project System (PS), Human Resource and purchase requisition (HR-PR), Plant Maintenance and Equipment and Tools Management (PM-ETM). The system promises a significant step in the management capacity of FECON.

The ceremony to officially run SAP ERP system for FECON took place on January 2nd after more than 5 months of project implementation.

"In the process of development and international integration, ERP is the leading effective tool to improve administration capacity. This operation marks initial success, acknowledges the great efforts of the project board FECON – FPT and FECON members who participated in building and running the system,“ FECON Chairman Pham Viet Khoa spoke at the ceremony.

Project Director Pham Quang Chien presented FPT IS to commit a close cooperation to SAP ERP system successfully.

Starting from 9am on January 2, 2015, the SAP ERP system at FECON was officially put into operation.

SAP ERP system put into operation will help improve FECON’s management capacity, assist the Board of Management in making right decisions in a timely manner, increase productivity and improve employees' profession, knowledge, skills…

After successfully applying SAP ERP for a holding company of FECON, representative offices and the Institute of Foundations and Underground Construction, FECON would consider expanding the project to member companies.
