According to the decision dated on May15, FPT staff from level 3 and above will participate in annual training programs prescribed by FPT Corporate University (FCU).
This year, the staff from level 3 and above with formal contracts must complete one of Coursera, Duolingo courses or professional courses by member companies.
For coursera, FPT staff should take a course (lasting for 4 weeks or more), or a self-paced course on www.coursera.org. Course completion criteria comply with the provisions of Coursera.

FPT employees can choose a basic language course of Duolingo (www.duolingo.com) and complete full skills. Those who gain 3,000 points or above are classified as Excellent.
With officials from level 6 or above can participate in seminars or teach in programs by FCU instead of studying. Every teaching hour or seminar will be converted into 3 classes. The total number of hours after conversion must reach a minimum of 20 hours a year.
At TGB Seminar on Leadership No. 11 last April, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh said that making FPT become a learning organization will be very significant as strength or weakness of an enterprise is decided by quality of human resources.
The member companies need to make 2015 internal training plans and submit them to Rector of FCU by June15.
