FPT becomes the most attractive employer of IT sector for business students

The HR consultancy Anphabe recently released the rankings of most attractive employers for Vietnamese students for 2020. FPT was named the most attractive employer in IT field.

The survey was conducted among more than 23,000 students in 10 majors from 93 universities across the country to measure the employer attractiveness to students.

Accordingly, the main evaluation criteria include leadership, working environment, corporate culture, development/promotion opportunities, training, compensation and remuneration.

As Vietnam's leading tech firm, FPT has nearly 30,000 employees, 17,000 of whom work in technology and 68.6% of whom are under 30. This is one of few Vietnamese enterprises that build and maintain a creative, dynamic working environment and unique corporate culture.
