FPT Tops Out Another Inter-Level School Project in Cần Thơ

On January 27, 2026, FPT Corporation held the topping-out ceremony for FPT Sóc Trăng Inter-level School at the 5A Urban Area, Phú Lợi Ward, Cần Thơ City. The event reaffirms FPT’s long-term commitment to investing in high-quality education, contributing to the development of a skilled workforce capable of meeting the demands of digital transformation and the knowledge-based economy, in line with Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

FPT Sóc Trăng Inter-level School (FPT School Sóc Trăng) is the third K–12 school project developed by FPT in the Mekong Delta region, alongside FPT School Cần Thơ and FPT School Hậu Giang.

Following administrative consolidation, Cần Thơ City has accelerated its socio-economic development goals, identifying the enhancement of human resource quality as a key driver for breakthrough growth. Education and training, closely linked with technology application and digital transformation, continue to be promoted as a critical foundation for implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation at the local level.

In this context, the topping-out of FPT Sóc Trăng School stands out as a testament to FPT’s strategic commitment and determination to partner with local authorities in developing a comprehensive education ecosystem serving a wide range of learners.

The FPT School Sóc Trăng project is built on a site of nearly 15,700 square meters, comprising buildings of up to four stories, with a total floor area of approximately 17,800 square meters. The school is designed following the “school in a garden” concept, with a central courtyard connecting functional blocks to create an open learning environment that encourages interaction, hands-on experiences, and extracurricular educational activities. The facility is expected to accommodate around 2,160 students across all grade levels in Sóc Trăng Province and neighboring areas.

Classroom blocks are arranged in a U-shape surrounding the central courtyard, ensuring ventilation, maximizing natural light, and enhancing connectivity between learning and activity spaces. The design aims to foster a friendly educational environment where students can study, train, and develop comprehensively in knowledge, skills, and character.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lê Trường Tùng—Chairman of the FPT University Council and CEO of FPT Education Company Limited, FPT Corporation—stated that the topping-out marks an important milestone in the project’s implementation, reaffirming FPT’s strong investment commitment toward long-term goals.

“Our goal is to deliver high-quality, well-rounded education at a reasonable cost to serve a broad range of learners, positioning FPT Schools as a trusted choice for parents. Through this, we aim to contribute high-quality human resources to localities and the country, in alignment with FPT’s long-term development strategy in the new phase,” he said.

In the context where science and technology, digital transformation, and innovation are key drivers for national breakthroughs in a new era, FPT has been implementing strategic initiatives to master core technologies and develop a high-quality workforce to support national technological sovereignty.

Looking ahead, FPT’s K–12 education system will accelerate the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to fundamentally transform teaching and learning methods starting from primary education, equipping students with the capabilities to adapt to and master core technologies in the digital era. FPT Schools also aims to gradually transform English from a subject into a second language used in school. Its strengths in STEM education, robotics, experiential learning, and personal development activities will continue to be enhanced and expanded.
