On October 18, FPT School of Business (under FPT University) will organize the seminar titled “Owner Mindset”. FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh will become the keynote speaker. This is an event in a series of activities by FSB to celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneur Day (October 13).
Mr. Binh will share practical lessons on business and administration from the international workshops especially the World Economic Forum Davos gathering 2,500 people including 40 heads of state and Founder's Mentality.
Mr. Binh was impressed with three elements - burning desire, customer obsession and owner's mindset which are keys to driving sustained profitable growth. Business leaders need to not only master these prerequisites but also share in their employees.
Inspiring "Owner’s mindset" is the most difficult. Not everyone is ready to consider their colleagues as their relatives and their tasks as the ones for their families. If leaders do not handle this well, someday it is hard to control negative phenomena.
With experience in founding and operating one of Vietnam's ICT leading firm, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh will show the Vietnamese enterprises how to build Owner’s Mindset for employees, helping enterprises access to sustained profitable growth...
FSB organized two large conferences with keynote speakers including FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh and Chairman of FPT Software Hoang Nam Tien. In order that more and more Vietnamese companies compete in international markets, they are always willing to share their experience and reveal their tips.
The workshop titled "Grow or die fast slow" was held by FPT School of Business (FSB) in Hanoi on October 8. Chairman of FPT Software Hoang Nam Tien became the speaker of the event which attracted more than 100 participants including many managers from enterprises.
His lecture was developed based on 3 books including "Built to Last", "Good to Great", "Great by choice" by Jim Collins, and "The high speed company” by Jason Jennings. Besides, he gave evidence on the actual operations of many large enterprises in Vietnam such as FPT, Viettel, Vinamilk etc.
The program aims to help managers access to lecturers’ teaching methods of FeMBA/MiniMBA programs before deciding to join these courses at FSB.
