FPT announces 5 strategic technology training programs, aiming to enroll 1,000 students in 2026

08/03/2026

In the context of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW issued by the Politburo, which identifies science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation as strategic breakthroughs for national development, along with Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on proactive international integration in the new context—both emphasizing the need to reform education and training and develop high-quality human resources—FPT Corporation has officially announced its cooperation with two partners, Jetking and Cranes Varsity, to implement five strategic technology training programs in Vietnam.

Jetking is a technology training organization from India with more than 79 years of experience in hardware, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity, delivering hands-on training closely tied to real-world system deployment. Meanwhile, Cranes Varsity, under Cranes Software International, specializes in embedded systems, VLSI, UAV, and data, and collaborates with numerous global technology enterprises and engineering organizations. Partnering with institutions that have deep training expertise enables FPT to standardize programs to international benchmarks while supplying high-quality talent in strategic technology fields such as semiconductors, cybersecurity, AI, and UAV.

Under the cooperation, the five programs include: AI Chip (semiconductor integrated circuit design), AI Agent, UAV (unmanned aerial vehicles), Data Science, and Cyber Security. This marks a concrete step by FPT Corporation to address workforce challenges in strategic technology sectors, aiming to master core technologies and enhance national competitiveness in the digital era.

With flexible training durations ranging from 12 to 24 months, students will be exposed to advanced teaching methods (Project-based Learning), practice on modern technology equipment in Vietnam, and obtain internationally recognized certifications valid in multiple countries worldwide. The programs are expected to begin enrollment in March 2026 and will be simultaneously implemented in five key cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Dong Nai, and Can Tho. In 2026, the total enrollment target for all five programs is expected to reach 1,000 students.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Vipra Pandey, Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, emphasized:
“The launch of these five training programs comes at a highly opportune time, aligning with Vietnam’s latest strategic milestones. Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW defines science and technology as the ‘top strategic breakthrough,’ while Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW calls for proactive international integration as a ‘strategic driver’ for a new development era. I believe the programs launched today are fully aligned with the spirit of these resolutions.”
