The IR Awards celebrate enterprises that ensure transparency in information disclosure, strategic governance, and financial communications, achieving effective engagement between the company, the financial community, and other stakeholders. This contributes to fair company valuation and optimized enterprise value. The award has been jointly organized annually for over a decade (2011–2025) by Vietstock, the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE), and FiLi – Finance and Life Magazine.
In 2025, IR Awards evaluated 691 companies listed on HoSE and HNX from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025.
As the first IT company to be listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange in 2006, FPT has always regarded Investor Relations (IR) as a crucial activity for corporate development and has consistently strived to maintain transparent governance aligned with international standards. At FPT, the IR Department reports directly to the Executive Board. The close collaboration between leadership and the IR team ensures that information regarding FPT’s business operations, financial performance, and development strategy is communicated accurately, transparently, promptly, and consistently to investors. IR activities at FPT involve coordination between departments, including financial analysis, communications, and IR teams, to optimize investor engagement and maintain strong, transparent relationships with stakeholders.
In 2024 and the first six months of 2025, FPT conducted over 280 meetings with domestic and international investors. Hundreds of analysts also participated in quarterly investor meetings organized by FPT’s IR team.
In a context of economic volatility and FPT’s pursuit of new strategic directions such as AI, Semiconductors, and Green Transformation, the IR function plays a vital role in communicating key technology trends, sharing long-term growth orientations, and outlining plans to turn opportunities into reality. This helps investors gain a clear understanding of the company’s growth potential.
Furthermore, the IR function serves not only as a one-way communication channel but also as a feedback mechanism from investors. In an environment that demands rapid adaptability to market changes, investor feedback enables FPT’s Executive Board to improve governance policies toward international standards, adjust expectations appropriately, and better anticipate investor interests and market trends.

As one of the few companies recognized for 10 consecutive years as meeting information disclosure standards, FPT ensures that 100% of required disclosures are published simultaneously on the Group’s website in both Vietnamese and English, as well as through regulatory and public communication channels, media outlets, and regular investor meetings. For quarterly financial reports, FPT consistently ranks among the earliest VN30 companies to submit reports. During all investor engagements and at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, investors are encouraged to raise questions freely, which are thoroughly addressed by FPT’s leadership. In addition to fulfilling all mandatory disclosure obligations, FPT proactively publishes non-mandatory information—such as monthly business results, partnership agreements, technology capabilities, human resources updates, and expansion plans—to help investors and shareholders gain a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the company.
According to the 2025 Market Disclosure Survey Report, maintaining full compliance with disclosure requirements and consistently being listed among companies meeting disclosure standards is a challenging process, even for large or leading enterprises. It demands systematic processes, strong leadership commitment, and a solid information governance foundation.
The report also indicated that companies meeting disclosure standards tend to have higher profitability in the market. Their average ROEA and ROAA are significantly higher than those of other listed companies. Moreover, 85% of the most commonly held stocks in fund and proprietary portfolios belong to this group. Transparent information disclosure has become not only a legal obligation but also a critical competitive advantage in accessing capital, attracting long-term investment, and building lasting market trust.
