FPT Received Recognition as an "Enterprise Adhering to Vietnamese Business Culture Standards"

Within the context of the 2023 National Forum on "Culture in Business," FPT secured a position in the top tier of "Enterprises Adhering to Vietnamese Business Culture Standards," showcasing its commendable corporate culture and engagement with the community and broader society.

On the afternoon of November 25, at Rex Saigon Hotel (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), a ceremony was conducted to recognize "Enterprises Adhering to Vietnamese Business Culture Standards" in 2023. The event, integrated into the national forum "Culture in Business," aimed to acknowledge businesses that have demonstrated exemplary practices in fostering a positive business culture.

The program encompassed engaging discussions, debates, and presentations featuring prominent speakers and leaders from both the business and government sectors. A noteworthy highlight was the award ceremony, where certificates were presented to companies meeting the established Vietnamese Business Culture Standards in 2023.

After undergoing rigorous rounds of appraisal and evaluation conducted by the National Council in accordance with the program's regulations, FPT was distinguished as an enterprise aligning with Vietnamese business culture standards in 2023, standing alongside 19 other honored enterprises.

The recognition is grounded in a set of criteria directed by the Prime Minister to various ministries and branches. Qualified businesses are evaluated based on mandatory criteria, including refraining from smuggling, avoiding tax evasion, abstaining from the production or trading of counterfeit goods, meeting obligations regarding workers' wages and social insurance, and avoiding fraudulent or exploitative practices that harm organizations and individuals—all while adhering to legal compliance.

Furthermore, businesses must adhere to the following five main criteria groups: Group 1 - Leadership commitment to sustainable development; Group 2 - Establishment and implementation of corporate culture; Group 3 - Adherence to legal standards; Group 4 - Demonstration of business ethics; Group 5 - Fulfillment of social responsibility.

FPT's inclusion in the Top 20 enterprises meeting Vietnam's business culture standards in 2023 underscores the Corporation's commendable business culture and commitment to social service within the community and society.

The ceremony for the announcement, commendation, and awarding of certificates took place as part of the National Forum "Culture in Business" in 2023 — an annual national forum dedicated to business culture and corporate culture. The event was jointly organized by the Organizing Committee of the "Building Vietnamese Business Culture" Campaign, the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, along with relevant departments, ministries, and branches.

In addition to the award ceremony, the 2023 National Forum "Culture in Business," themed "Business Culture - The Current of Development and Integration," also featured a discussion and debate on "Business Prosperity: Serving Society or Personal Gain." This segment garnered significant attention from business executives and representatives.
