FPT Secures Spot as Vietnam's Best Place to Work in 2024

FPT Corporation proudly claimed a position in the Top 10 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2024 for the fifth consecutive year.

The awards ceremony, held in Ho Chi Minh City on November 19, recognized the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam in two categories: medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises.

This prestigious recognition results from the Vietnam Best Workplaces survey, which evaluated over 700 businesses and 65,000 experienced professionals across 18 industries.

FPT Corporation shone brightly, ranking 1st in the Information Technology/Software and Applications/E-commerce industry and placing among the Top 10 Best Places to Work for Large Enterprises alongside notable names like Vingroup, Viettel, and Vietcombank.

The ranking was based on the Employer Brand Attractiveness Index verified by research partner Intage. The methodology follows a five-step talent attraction model: Awareness, Interest, Action, Desire, and First Choice.

Anphabe, the organizing body, incorporated additional insights from internal employee feedback to ensure a well-rounded assessment. This evaluation was structured around six critical criteria: Rewards, Development Opportunities, Culture & Environment, Leadership & Management, Quality of Work-Life, and Company Reputation.
