FPT to be Honored Among Top 10 Sustainable Brands through Innovation

FPT Corporation is honored as one of the Top 10 Innovation Choice Awards (under the Better Choice Awards). Additionally, FPT showcases its ecosystem of platforms, products, services, and solutions during the inauguration ceremony of the National Innovation Center (NIC) Hoà Lạc Branch and the 2023 Vietnam International Innovation Exhibition (VIIE 2023) at the Hoa Lac High-tech Zone, Hanoi.

Innovation is the core of sustainability

After a public voting round, FPT is recognized as one of the Top 10 sustainable brands through innovation (Innovation Choice Awards of the Better Choice Awards system), securing the second-highest votes. Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment, presents the Innovation Choice Award to FPT's representative, Ms. Mai Thi Lan Anh, Deputy Director of Marketing and Communication at FPT Corporation. The Better Choice Awards are organized by the NIC (Ministry of Planning and Investment) in collaboration with VCCorp.

Representing the organizers, Mr. Pham Xuan Ha, Project Director of Better Choice Awards, states, "FPT has always been one of the top-of-mind innovation brands in Vietnam. Winning the Innovation Choice Award reflects the Vietnamese consumers' accurate perception and recognition."

During the award ceremony, Mr. Vu Quoc Huy, Director of the NIC, remarks, "Consumers are the ultimate measure of product success. Receiving a Better Choice Awards nomination means that the brand's product quality has been guaranteed and trusted by prominent experts, key influencers in society and the community, and end-users." Additionally, akaBot, a "Made by FPT" solution, is honored as one of the four outstanding innovative solutions, receiving the title "Innovation Star" from the Minister of Planning and Investment.

akaBot was born out of in-house innovative activities of FPT. This solution automates processes with thousands of "virtual robot assistants" capable of simulating human actions, creating a digital work environment, and freeing employees from repetitive and mundane tasks. Currently, akaBot has been deployed in 10,000 virtual robots across 3,500 businesses in more than 20 countries.

On this occasion, FPT collaborates with the NIC and other organizations to develop a high-quality workforce, particularly in the semiconductor field, and enhance R&D activities for semiconductor chips.

Mr. Truong Gia Binh, FPT Chairman, signed the cooperation agreement with the National Innovation Center and other organizations.

The "Emerging Technology Development - End-to-End Digital Transformation" ecosystem

Within the framework of the inauguration ceremony for the new branch of the NIC and the VIIE 2023 at the Hoa Lac High-tech Zone, FPT presents an ecosystem of platforms, products, services, and solutions with the theme "Emerging Technology Development - End-to-End Digital Transformation."

FPT showcases achievements of innovation - solutions that gain a large number of users and global support, marking the pioneering role of the enterprise in high-tech development in Vietnam.

The ecosystem is built on the latest technologies, contributing to digitalizing every family and business and creating happiness for society. Remarkably, FPT Semiconductor's chip products are exhibited, focusing on power IC and power management IC. FPT Semiconductor has won deals to produce 70 million chips in 2024 and 2025 from customers in Taiwan (China), South Korea, and Japan in medical equipment and electronic applications.

FPT also presents the digital signing solution - FPT.eContract, supporting organizations and businesses in digitalizing document signing. The solution serves over 1,500 organizations and businesses in various fields. It facilitates the signing of over 2,000,000 documents/contracts for more than 4,000,000 users.

Additionally, highlighted technology solutions presented by FPT include akaCam, eCareplus, akaVerse, and AR Try-out. All these products are born from FPT's DNA of innovation, bringing benefits at every touchpoint in customer experience. akaCam is a video analysis platform that transforms camera data into information, using AI to unleash the potential of cameras. The product is selected as the representative of Vietnam to participate in the Digital Content Category of the ASEAN Digital Awards - ADA 2024.

eCareplus is a digital health care platform that helps patients easily connect with clinics, consult with doctors instantly, or schedule appointments through a mobile application. akaVerse and AR Try-out optimize operation processes, training, and customer service. The AR Try-out DPS solution enhances the experience for e-commerce platforms by allowing users to experience products in 3D space. In summary, innovation enables FPT to lead in various fields, such as integrating tech solutions into daily life in Vietnam, exporting software to put Vietnam on the global digital map, and building a practical and experiential education model, contributing to national prosperity. In order to promote innovation within the organization, FPT constantly creates an environment that encourages internal entrepreneurship. More than 4.500 technology initiatives have helped save hundreds of billion VND and increase labor productivity by 30% each year.
