FPT Distribution selected as RedHat’s distributor

RedHat hopes it can improve its position in the commercial software by selecting the Center for Distribution of Software Product and Networking Equipment (a subsidiary of FPT Distribution) as the authorized dealer in Vietnam. Through the center, RedHat also can ensure its support for organizations, enterprises in using open source software, said the company’s representative.

Upon help by the community in improving open source codes, RedHat has provided different solutions, of both operating systems and middleware, for enterprises, giving them more options in application of information technology network. Open source softwares can easily be used with the existing information network of any enterprise while ensuring extension for development of the enterprise.

RedHat is currently doing successful business in the Asia – Pacific region.
