FPT Partners in Digital Transformation for Hanoi People’s Council and People’s Committee

On the morning of March 17, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony took place between the Office of the National Assembly Delegation, the People’s Council of Hanoi, FPT Corporation, and other enterprises. The event marks an important milestone in implementing a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap.

The technology solutions will integrate artificial intelligence (AI), big data, cloud computing, and cybersecurity technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve supervision quality, and better serve delegates and citizens. At the same time, the platforms are designed to be user-friendly and accessible to all groups, ensuring no digital divide is created.

As part of the launch of the “Centralized Operations Platform for the National Assembly Delegation and Two-Tier People’s Councils of Hanoi – One Destination for All Tasks,” FPT, as a consulting and implementation partner, introduced an AI platform designed to support the aggregation and analysis of voters’ petitions. The solution aims to enhance governance and operational efficiency for both levels of the People’s Council system in the city.

With automated data processing capabilities, the AI assistant developed by FPT offers key features such as intelligent Q&A, tracking the handling status of citizens’ petitions, and statistical reporting of documents by status. It also enables monitoring of processing progress, analysis of root causes, and identification of priority issues requiring urgent attention. The system is designed for seamless integration with existing management platforms and is scalable for future needs.

Notably, the project was implemented at remarkable speed. Within just two weeks from receiving the requirements, FPT’s team completed business assessments, data evaluations, planning, coordination with partners for system integration, and pilot deployment. By March 16, all preparations were finalized for a full rehearsal with the city’s People’s Council leadership. The system has been operating stably and received high praise.

At the ceremony, FPT Corporation was also honored with a certificate of merit in recognition of its outstanding achievements in implementing digital transformation for the activities of the National Assembly Delegation and the People’s Councils at all levels in Hanoi.
