FPT collaborates with Binh Dinh to boost digital infrastructure for economic growth

On December 13, during the "AI IoT Platform - Digital Infrastructure for Economic Development" conference organized by the Authority of ICT Industry and Communications (Ministry of Information and Communications), FPT showcased its ecosystem of AI-driven products, services, and solutions to accelerate digital transformation in Binh Dinh, integrating technology into every facet of life and business.

Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Le Hong Viet, CEO of FPT Smart Cloud, shared FPT's perspectives and expertise on "Shaping the Future of Business with AI." According to Mr. Việt, artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a central driver of economic growth in Vietnam and globally. Generative AI, with its ability to self-learn and adapt, will be a decisive factor in the competitiveness of nations and enterprises in the new era, reshaping all aspects of life and society.

Mr. Viet highlighted specific examples of AI driving operational productivity, enhancing service quality, and boosting business creativity. For instance, an insurance company that previously required 20 minutes to process an insurance claim can now complete it in just 2 minutes, significantly improving efficiency and customer experience. In human resource training, AI has also made a transformative impact. At Long Chau, 14,000 pharmacists nationwide are benefiting from AI Mentor, which offers a flexible, proactive, and personalized learning approach tailored to each employee's capabilities. This application has resulted in a 15% improvement in knowledge quality, a 30% increase in average productivity, and an 80% reduction in nationwide training costs.

In logistics, it aids in preventing theft and loss during goods packaging and enhances warehouse management efficiency.
