FPT accompanies contest on the Resolution of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress (2025–2030 term)

Hanoi, April 14, 2026 – The Final Round and Award Ceremony of the contest on learning about the Resolution of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress (2025–2030 term) was successfully held in a vibrant and formal atmosphere. The contest is a large-scale political engagement activity organized by the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Hanoi Party Committee, with technology support from FPT Corporation.

Implemented under Plan No. 20-KH/TU dated December 15, 2025, issued by the Hanoi Party Committee, the contest aims to help officials, Party members, and the public grasp the core contents of the Resolution and the Action Program for implementing the Resolution of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress. The focus includes new points, guiding principles from General Secretary and President To Lam, as well as key objectives, tasks, and strategic breakthroughs outlined in the Congress documents.

The contest seeks to strengthen communication efforts, fostering consensus and confidence among officials, Party members, and the public in the successful implementation of the Resolution. It also aims to inspire collective determination to build and develop Hanoi into a civilized, modern, and livable capital.

To realize these goals, FPT Corporation supported the contest by integrating the online examination feature into the iHanoi application, using the Khaothi.Online platform—a comprehensive solution for managing examinations, assessments, and evaluations. The platform covers registration, planning, question bank development, exam organization, online proctoring, and advanced result analytics. With a user-friendly interface, flexible connectivity, and scalable architecture, Khaothi.Online is designed to support contests with millions of participants across multiple devices, anytime and anywhere, while enabling real-time monitoring and reporting. The solution has been deployed in numerous large-scale national-level examinations organized by ministries, provinces, and institutions.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Dao Xuan Dung, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Hanoi Party Committee, emphasized: “This contest marks a breakthrough in organization, clearly demonstrating the capital’s spirit of innovation and digital transformation through the comprehensive application of digital platforms.” He noted that bringing the contest online enables faster and more direct dissemination of the Resolution to citizens using smartphones.

Prior to the Final Round, the contest recorded four weeks of online preliminary rounds with strong engagement, exceeding expectations. With more than 1,084,067 entries, the participation level reflects both the contest’s appeal and the effectiveness of digital platforms—particularly Khaothi.Online—in communicating and disseminating Party resolutions. The entire system was deployed, integrated, and made fully operational within just two weeks, supported by a dedicated technical team working continuously throughout the contest.

From over a million entries, 16 outstanding contestants advanced to the Final Round, highlighting both the competitiveness and seriousness of the contest.

As the oldest finalist, Mr. Dinh Tien Huong, Party cell secretary of Xuan La (Xuan Dinh Ward), shared: “I am a Party member from the National Defense Academy, so I am relatively familiar with technology.” He added that the online exam posed no difficulty, thanks to its intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Meanwhile, Tran Van Quang, a third-year student at Phenikaa University and the youngest finalist, offered a perspective from younger participants: “This is a very practical contest, especially for young people like us, helping us better understand the Resolution and its action programs.” He also noted that participation was convenient—requiring only a smartphone, accessible from anywhere.
