The award highlights FPT’s more than a decade-long journey as a strategic technology partner accompanying Vietnam Airlines’ Lotusmiles loyalty program toward international growth. FPT has met numerous innovation-focused criteria in customer experience, leveraging AI and cutting-edge technologies to develop groundbreaking solutions that enhance customer understanding and build trust through transparency.

FPT’s solutions also focus on personalizing customer experiences, preventing fraud, and ensuring strict compliance with data privacy standards — key factors that strengthen customer trust and loyalty toward Vietnam Airlines’ products and services.

“As a long-term strategic partner of Vietnam Airlines, FPT will continue to pioneer the adoption of breakthrough technologies such as AI, Big Data, and Blockchain to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer experiences at every touchpoint,” said Nguyen Khai Hoan, Deputy CEO of FPT Software, FPT Corporation.

“With a network of over 100 aviation partners and a global team of high-level technology experts, FPT will accompany the aviation sector and Vietnamese brands on their journey to global expansion. We believe that technology will be the key to creating personalized, transparent, and emotionally engaging experiences, helping build lasting customer relationships.”

Earlier, in May 2025, FPT and Vietnam Airlines signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation MoU aimed at advancing digital transformation, strengthening operational capabilities, and enhancing customer experiences. Under this agreement, both sides are implementing advanced technology solutions such as AI, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Blockchain, IoT, and enterprise digital platforms to optimize efficiency, boost competitiveness, and improve passenger experience across all touchpoints.

FPT is currently partnering with Vietnam Airlines to develop a next-generation e-commerce platform, marking a strategic step in the airline’s comprehensive digitalization roadmap. The new system delivers seamless, personalized, and intelligent user experiences, expands the service ecosystem, and drives ancillary revenue growth. Both sides have committed to co-investment, co-owning intellectual property, and sharing revenue from new aviation technology products, with potential expansion into regional and global markets.

The partnership between Vietnam Airlines and FPT dates back to the 1990s and was formalized with the first Strategic Cooperation Agreement in 2013. Over more than three decades, FPT has been a trusted partner, contributing significantly to the airline’s progress in digital transformation, telecommunications infrastructure, and aviation operations.

Beyond domestic collaboration, FPT is also a trusted global technology partner in the aviation industry. Its extensive network includes major airlines in Europe, the United States, and the Asia-Pacific region. FPT currently serves over 100 aviation clients, including airlines, airports, cargo carriers, and aircraft manufacturers. The company is a strategic partner of Airbus and its Skywise data platform, and has also collaborated with the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) on research into next-generation aviation technologies.
