Reaffirming a pioneering role in advancing AI transformation, innovation, and the development of Make-in-Vietnam technology products, FPT earned recognition for nine products and technology platforms at the Sao Khue Awards 2026. Among them, two solutions were highlighted by the organizers as representative examples of “practical AI,” enabling organizations and enterprises to automate processes, optimize infrastructure, analyze data, and manage operations in real time. The achievement reflects FPT’s commitment to developing core technologies and contributing to Vietnam’s technological sovereignty agenda.
Among the winners, FPT Camera Brain AI (Image and Video Analytics Solution) was named one of the Top 10 Sao Khue 2026 products, representing outstanding solutions for the digital economy. It was also recognized as one of two FPT solutions exemplifying the trend of “practical AI.” Developed by FPT, FPT Camera Brain AI is an edge AI security platform that processes data directly on cameras without relying on centralized servers. The solution helps businesses streamline operations, reducing processing workflows by up to 50%, lowering infrastructure costs by 45%, and cutting power consumption by 30%. It is currently deployed across 350,000 cameras, serving 200,000 individual users, 2 million households, and more than 3,000 enterprises nationwide.
Another FPT platform recognized as a representative of practical AI was Kyta Platform (Low-code/No-code and AI Platform for Intelligent Automation and Operations in Government and Enterprise). Kyta Platform also received a 5-Star Sao Khue Award in the Business Operations Management category. The platform currently supports more than 5,500 organizations and 6.5 million users in fully digitizing operational processes, reducing deployment time by up to 70%. Kyta Platform has been selected by Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice for the Civil Judgment Enforcement Platform project, demonstrating the platform’s capability to address large-scale, complex, and highly sensitive public-sector management challenges.
Also receiving a 5-Star Sao Khue Award, FPT’s next-generation Wi-Fi 7 platform (SpeedX) integrates XGS-PON technology, delivering speeds of up to 10 Gbps while supporting nearly 100 simultaneous stable device connections. The solution addresses growing demand for bandwidth-intensive applications such as streaming, gaming, and high-definition video services.
In the media and entertainment technology sector, FPT Play and Fang TV (Digital Content Social Network Platform) were both honored at Sao Khue 2026. FPT Play was recognized for its scale and technological capabilities. The platform currently serves more than 35 million users, offers a diverse content library, and leverages AI to personalize user experiences, enabling audiences to discover content that matches their interests and preferences. Fang TV, meanwhile, creates an interactive entertainment environment through short-form live streaming and on-demand content tailored to gaming and eSports communities.
In education, VioKids (an application for children aged 3–6 within the VioEdu ecosystem) was recognized for its game-based learning approach. The application integrates AI and Big Data to personalize learning pathways and has attracted more than 100,000 accounts. It has also been deployed across 13 provincial Departments of Education and Training.
Meanwhile, FPT Culture Tech was honored in the cultural sector for its approach to digital heritage preservation. The solution combines technologies such as 3D laser scanning, holograms, and AI-powered OCR to digitize, preserve, and utilize cultural assets. A notable example is the digitization of more than 33,000 Nguyen Dynasty woodblocks, reducing search time by 90% and quadrupling inventory productivity.
In enterprise management, FPT Data Suite, a data analytics platform, was recognized for enabling organizations to collect, process, and visualize data within a unified system, thereby enhancing decision-making capabilities.
In the category of technology for social good, vRace, an online sports platform, enables users to participate in activities such as running, cycling, and swimming anytime and anywhere, encouraging healthier lifestyles.
The Sao Khue Awards, organized annually by VINASA since 2003, are among the most prestigious honors in Vietnam’s information technology industry. Sao Khue 2026 took place shortly after the Law on Digital Technology Industry officially came into effect at the beginning of 2026, serving as a call to action for digital enterprises to move beyond short-term commercial thinking and explore new frontiers aligned with national digital sovereignty.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of the Founding Council of VINASA and Chairman of FPT Corporation, issued a call to Vietnam’s digital technology enterprises: “The Law on Digital Technology Industry, which officially took effect at the beginning of 2026, can be regarded as the ultimate declaration safeguarding the innovation space of Vietnamese enterprises. In this context, this year’s Sao Khue Awards not only recognize achievements already attained, but also serve as a call to action, urging us to reach for new horizons. We should not be satisfied with revenue generated from surface-level applications. Instead, we must boldly invest substantial resources in R&D and pioneer upstream core technologies such as the low-altitude economy, robotics, and industrial AI. This is not merely a business challenge; it is a mission of self-reliance to protect national digital sovereignty.”
FPT Introduces an AI Maturity Map to Standardize AI Transformation Roadmaps for Organizations and Enterprises
At the plenary session of Vietnam – Asia DX Summit 2026, themed “Creating New Drivers for Double-Digit Growth,” Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phong, Chief AI Transformation Officer (CAIXO) of FPT, shared that FPT has implemented digital transformation and AI transformation projects across 30 countries, particularly in Japan, the United States, and Europe.

According to Mr. Phong, AI is now a top priority for most enterprises worldwide. However, FPT has observed that many organizations still struggle to determine where they stand in their AI transformation journey, what steps they need to take next, and how AI can generate tangible value for their operations.
To address these challenges, FPT developed and launched CASAN – the 5-Level AI-Native Capability Framework, designed to help organizations standardize their AI transformation roadmaps through five progressive stages: Curious, Augmented, Standard, Automatic, and Native.
According to Mr. Phong, most enterprises today remain at the first two stages of AI transformation.
At the Curious stage, organizations are experimenting with AI out of interest and curiosity. AI adoption is typically limited to individuals or small teams, with no common standards, insufficient data readiness, unclear governance mechanisms, and a lack of compelling business use cases.
At the Augmented stage, organizations begin equipping employees with AI-powered tools to support daily work. While AI has not yet transformed end-to-end business processes, it serves as a productivity enhancer for specific roles, departments, and workflows.
To unlock AI as a true growth engine, organizations need to advance to the Standard stage, where AI is integrated into operational processes and directly supports decision-making.
Meanwhile, Mr. Le Hung Cuong, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Digital, stated that achieving Vietnam’s double-digit growth ambitions will require organizations and enterprises to redefine their growth models through AI transformation, digital transformation, and green transformation. According to Mr. Cuong, digital transformation and data serve as the foundation, AI acts as a lever for productivity and decision-making, while green transformation creates sustainable competitive advantages.
From another perspective, Mr. Dang Trieu Duong, Deputy Director of Business at FPT Smart Cloud, emphasized that the nation’s ambition for double-digit growth cannot be built on external technology dependencies. To address this challenge, FPT has developed an AI Factory—a cloud computing infrastructure with advanced capabilities operated entirely within Vietnam. The platform enables organizations and enterprises to achieve technological self-reliance through domestic capabilities and infrastructure.
Through its presentations at DX Summit 2026, FPT reaffirmed its role as a technology partner supporting organizations and enterprises in implementing large-scale AI transformation strategies, from consulting and solution design to deployment, operation, and continuous optimization.
