FPT Unveils the “FPT Chip Inside” Ecosystem at SEMICON SEA 2025

From May 20 to 22, 2025, FPT Corporation’s semiconductor design division participated in Southeast Asia’s largest semiconductor exhibition – SEMICON Southeast Asia 2025 (SEMICON SEA) – held at Sands Expo Convention Centre, Singapore. As one of the region’s most prominent semiconductor events, SEMICON SEA gathers over 400 global technology companies and thousands of experts and leaders across the microchip and advanced electronics supply chain. As a pioneer in integrated circuit (IC) design in Vietnam, FPT introduced the “FPT Chip Inside” ecosystem at SEMICON SEA 2025, reaffirming its commitment to accompanying global enterprises with core technological solutions developed by Vietnamese engineers.

FPT Booth – Powering Your Product with FPT Chip Inside

At SEMICON Southeast Asia 2025, FPT made a strong impression with a booth design inspired by Vietnamese cultural heritage, blending national tradition with modern technology. Taking inspiration from the Dong Son Bronze Drum – a symbol of Vietnamese culture – FPT intricately incorporated real-world applications of “Make in Vietnam, Made by FPT” chips into every pattern on the drum’s surface. The stylized motifs not only embody the harmony between tradition and modernity but also carry a message of pride in Vietnamese-made chips and their wide-ranging applications in everyday life – from medical devices and wearables to fast chargers and storage solutions like SSDs.

The FPT Chip Inside ecosystem represents a breakthrough for FPT in bringing Vietnamese-designed chips to the global stage, becoming an essential link in the world’s semiconductor industry. From 2023 to 2028, FPT has been and will continue developing PMIC product lines such as Standard PMIC, AC-DC Converter, Buck-Boost, LDO, and LED Driver. By 2030, FPT aims to train 10,000 professionals for Vietnam’s and the global semiconductor industries. Additionally, FPT is focusing on expanding this ecosystem across IC design, packaging, and testing, affirming Vietnam’s role as a key player in the semiconductor supply chain.

The interior of FPT’s booth was designed with an open layout, creating a friendly and accessible environment for visitors. Two main walls served as “visual maps,” fully illustrating the “FPT Chip Inside” ecosystem and showcasing outstanding applications of FPT chips across various industries.
