Hanoi, December 18, 2025 – At the Government Office, FPT participated in the Exhibition marking four years of the implementation of Project 06, under the theme “Project 06 – Building the National Digital Lifeline and Accelerating the Implementation of Resolution 57.” At the event, FPT presented its comprehensive ecosystem of technology solutions and innovative models serving citizens, businesses, and government agencies, along with proposals for deployment in the 2026–2030 period.
The exhibition took place within the framework of the conference reviewing one year of the Government’s Action Program implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, five years of the Master Program on State Administrative Reform, and four years of Project 06 implementation. The event gathered more than 200 delegates, including leaders of the Government, the Ministry of Public Security, Department C06, as well as representatives from enterprises and educational institutions, showcasing the four-year journey of Project 06.
FPT was among the representative enterprises introducing practical technology applications and tangible outcomes that have helped bring Project 06 into real life, spanning public services, digital identity authentication, banking and finance, education, digital healthcare, and smart public transportation. These solutions demonstrate FPT’s capability in integrated data connectivity and end-to-end technology deployment.

FPT Group leaders introduce solution models to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and delegates.
Introducing the solutions to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and delegates, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh, CEO of FPT IS, FPT Group, shared:
“FPT is proud and honored to have accompanied the Government’s Project 06 since its very first days, developing many practical application models that help transform the way the Government connects and interacts with citizens. Notable results include over 400,000 senior citizens using citizen ID cards (CCCD) to travel on Ho Chi Minh City’s Metro Line 1; 30 million CCCD-based authentication transactions in banking and finance; nearly 500,000 VNeID accounts connected to the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Citizen App; 130,000 university aptitude test candidates authenticated via CCCD; 120,000 citizens served through VNeID when purchasing medicines online from Long Chau Pharmacy; the National Legal Portal connecting with VNeID for the first time; and more than 200 hospitals nationwide applying CCCD in medical examination and treatment.”
In the field of digital identity, FPT’s chip-based citizen ID (CCCD) authentication solution connects directly with the National Population Database, helping standardize user identities, enhance transparency and security in financial transactions and public services, while reducing processing time by up to 70%.
In addition, FPT introduced the CCCD-based identity kiosk model used in aptitude testing, ensuring transparency, preventing fraud, optimizing costs, time, and resources, and improving exam quality across sectors, while providing valuable data for management and governance.
At the same time, FPT showcased its mobile identity authentication solution for on-the-move environments, integrating NFC chip reading, biometrics, and real-time matching with the Ministry of Public Security’s systems. The solution enables authentication of chip-based CCCD, facial recognition, and fingerprints in just over one second, both online and offline. Centrally managed via a CMS platform, the solution enhances governance efficiency and public security. Notably, 100% of the power chips used in these products are designed by Vietnamese engineers, affirming Vietnam’s internal capability in semiconductor R&D—one of the Government’s priority development areas.

In digital healthcare, FPT’s solutions demonstrate how data and technology are reshaping community healthcare delivery. By connecting and analyzing data from pharmacy chains such as FPT Long Chau, combined with VNeID-authenticated transactions and the National Population Database, Vietnam’s Epidemiological and Pharmaceutical Substance Map has been developed, enabling real-time monitoring of community health trends.
In addition, FPT applies AI to healthcare utilities, including an AI Camera solution capable of measuring blood pressure without specialized devices, achieving up to 95% accuracy. This solution is expected to be integrated free of charge into the Long Chau app, supporting citizens in proactively monitoring their daily health.
On Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien), the citizen ID card (CCCD) has been used for the first time as a substitute for train tickets, enabling cashless payment and generating data to support traffic management and digital urban development. By scanning CCCD at access gates, passengers can travel conveniently without paper tickets or magnetic cards, enhancing transparency and laying the foundation for a public transportation ecosystem operating on a unified digital identity.

Alongside this, the Digital Citizen App was introduced as a platform connecting citizens with government authorities, consolidating digital identity accounts, ensuring secure authentication, and enabling comprehensive access to urban digital services. The National Legal Portal integrated with VNeID further expands public access to legal information in a transparent, user-friendly, and interactive manner.
