Under the agreement, FPT will integrate two of Harvard Business Impact’s premier training platforms — Harvard ManageMentor® and HBR Spark — into its internal learning ecosystem. Harvard ManageMentor® is a comprehensive online learning platform offering more than 42 in-depth courses and over 300 expert-led videos covering leadership, management, strategy, and communication. The platform is already used by leading global corporations, including many Fortune 500 companies. At FPT, it will be applied to develop customized learning pathways based on employee roles and levels. HBR Spark delivers a personalized learning experience powered by AI and micro-learning methodology. With over 25,000 learning assets, including articles, videos, podcasts, and case studies, the platform bridges theoretical knowledge with real-world business contexts, helping learners develop leadership skills and enhance workplace application.

This collaboration combines global leadership insights with innovative learning approaches, empowering FPT leaders with the essential capabilities to adapt, lead, and grow in the AI era.”

The partnership with Harvard Business Impact is part of FPT’s long-term strategy to invest in large-scale human capital development, reinforcing its position as a leading global IT services provider. With over 33,000 employees in its global IT services business, FPT has long emphasized a culture of continuous learning and sustainable leadership development.
