FCC Partners Inc. (FCCP), a leading financial consulting firm in Taiwan, and FPT, a global technology corporation, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to foster investment cooperation, commercialization, and comprehensive development in high technology. This partnership aims to support the advancement of high technology and the semiconductor industry in Taiwan and Vietnam.
The event was attended by Mr. CY Huang, Chairman of FCC Partners Inc., Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT Corporation, and senior leaders from both organizations.
Under the cooperation agreement, FCC Partners Inc. and FPT will establish the Vietnam Semiconductor Industry Development Investment Fund. This initiative aims to develop human resources, attract foreign investment in the semiconductor sector, support start-ups, and promote innovation, thereby fostering growth in Vietnam's semiconductor industry.

Additionally, FCC Partners will facilitate introductions to potential partners and customers, aiding FPT Software Taiwan in market development. FCC Partners will also act as a liaison for the FPT Education Organization, connecting with universities in Taiwan to explore opportunities for educational collaboration and labor force development between the two sides.
Mr. CY Huang, Chairman of FCC Partners, stated that the collaboration with FPT represents a significant milestone in their development strategy in Vietnam. This partnership is expected to open numerous opportunities across various sectors, including investment funds, semiconductors, software, education, and green transformation.

"I spoke with numerous experts who highlighted that Vietnam possesses significant advantages for entering the semiconductor industry. However, the window of opportunity is limited. To seize this chance, Vietnam must pursue innovative approaches and collaborate with partners like FCC Partners", Mr. Truong Gia Binh affirmed.

Mr. Truong Gia Binh emphasized that among Vietnam's advantages, its human resources are a crucial factor highly valued by foreign partners. With well-prepared talent, Vietnam can quickly gain the trust of international collaborators, attract investment, and advance its semiconductor production and supply chains.
Mr. Truong Gia Binh proposed that following this collaboration, the two parties should explore plans to establish research laboratories in major cities such as Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. He also expressed hope that FCC Partners will attract investors to Vietnam for rapid human resource training. In the future, he envisions Vietnamese talent working not only for FPT but also for other companies in Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, and beyond.
