FPT Partners with LynkiD to Expand Loyalty Ecosystem Connectivity and Customer Experience

Recently, LynkiD and Happy Club — the customer loyalty program of FPT — officially signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at enabling reward point interoperability between the two platforms while enhancing customer experiences across both ecosystems.
As the digital economy continues to grow, customers increasingly expect greater flexibility and convenience in using loyalty points. The partnership between LynkiD and Happy Club seeks to address this demand by connecting the large-scale customer ecosystems of both organizations.

“The partnership between Happy Club and LynkiD goes beyond simple system integration. Our goal is to build an interconnected loyalty network where reward points can be used flexibly and generate tangible value for users. Under the agreement, the two parties will gradually integrate their loyalty ecosystems to expand the use and experience of reward points across both platforms. Specifically:
- Customers holding FGold points (FPT’s reward point system) will gain access to a wide range of offers and rewards from more than 1,300 brands within LynkiD’s partner network.
- LynkiD users will have opportunities to access promotions, rewards, and experiences from FPT’s ecosystem, including internet and television services, technology shopping, healthcare, and daily consumer services.
In addition to reward point interoperability, LynkiD and Happy Club will collaborate to integrate reward catalogs and promotional offers into each other’s applications. This will provide customers within both ecosystems with access to a broader range of vouchers, gifts, exclusive offers, and new experiences from partner brands.
The initiative is expected not only to enhance user value and engagement across both loyalty platforms, but also to create new channels for brands to connect with high-quality digital customer segments from the two ecosystems.
