FPT and Udemy Forge Partnership to Enhance Human Resources Development

The collaboration, with support from FUNiX, aims to enhance the learning culture and develop skills for FPT's employees using the Udemy platform.Under the cooperation agreement, Udemy plans to offer FPT a wide range of courses to support tens of thousands of employees. This initiative aims to provide access to high-quality learning courses on one of the world’s leading online training platforms, aligning with FPT's commitment to lifelong learning.

Learners can access the courses through the Udemy Business website and mobile app, enabling flexible and convenient learning that aligns closely with organizational needs. In addition to a wide range of standard courses, FPT employees in Japan and Korea will also have access to a selection of premium courses in Japanese and Korean provided by Udemy.

FPT will have access to high-quality courses on Udemy, one of the world's leading online training platforms.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen The Phuong, Executive Vice President of FPT, highlighted that the Corporation has cultivated generations of employees dedicated to continuous learning and striving for excellence, driving the business to new successes and meeting the evolving technological demands. "This collaboration underscores FPT's commitment to fostering learning and development within the organization," Mr. Phuong emphasized.

FPT's internal training programs encompass a range of activities designed for various needs, including onboarding recruits, training technology staff, developing professional skills, personal development programs, core staff training, and 72-hour experience programs. In 2023, the Corporation invested 187.3 billion VND in training activities, reaching nearly 852,000 training sessions.

Ms. Trinh Thu Hong, Director of FPT Academy, noted that FPT and Udemy have been partners since 2021 and have gained valuable insights from each other. She expressed confidence that Udemy will continue to be a supportive and effective partner as they advance together.
