FPT implement ERP system for one of the world’ Top 5 soymilk manufacturers

On August 2nd, FPT IS officially kicked off a VND46 billion project of implementing SAP ERP system for the Vietnam Soya Product Company (Vinasoy).

On August 2nd, FPT IS officially kicked off a VND46 billion project of implementing SAP ERP system for the Vietnam Soya Product Company (Vinasoy).

The SAP ERP system deployed by FPT will enable Vinasoy to effectively manage its enterprise resources under a standardized model that is currently being applied by the world's leading FMCG companies.

After the completion of the system, Vinasoy will own a stable management system that meets international standards and helps maximize information exchange, improve and closely monitor all business activities and minimize expenditure, promote better interaction between Vinasoy and its customers and suppliers, achieve and maintain competitive advantage.

The representatives of FPT and Vinasoy officially kicks off the project.

Vinasoy takes the lead in soymilk production in Vietnam with 80% market share, but also has been listed amongst the five largest soymilk manufacturers in the world.

Vinasoy spent more than 2 years finding, evaluating, and selecting the right ERP implementation partner. After careful consideration, Vinasoy chose FPT IS as its Phase I implementation partner. Since it has met the capacity and experience requirements, fulfil technical and financial conditions as well as the commitment of the management board of Vinasoy.

In Vietnam, FPT Information System is considered to be the most experienced ERP solution provider. The company has deployed ERP solution for more than 100 enterprises. 50 of them ran the SAP ERP system.

Speaking at the ceremony, FPT CEO Bui Quang Ngoc said that the achievements FPT has today are thanks to the deployment of information technology systems for such large customers as Vinasoy. With prior deployment experience, FPT will make every effort to help Vinasoy with a comprehensive professional ERP solution that meets international standards.

As planned, 8 basic modules will be deployed in Phase 1. It will be expected to run on June 1, 2018.
