FPT IS and Truong Thanh Furniture successfully runs SAP solution

On October 25^th, 2019, FPT IS and Truong Thanh Furniture (TTF) officially checked and took over the SAP S/4HANA implementation project. SAP S/4HANA is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software package.

TTF can plan and manage consistently and transparently all business and production activities, creating an important foundation for the sustainable development of the company. The system consists of 10 modules gathering all information relating to business, design, production, construction etc. It is applied to the company's headquarters in Binh Duong.

SAP ERP system has become the main platform in daily operations to control workflow, provide operation information to each employee and management information to the Board of Management. In business activities, the buying or selling process is closely monitored. It assure accurate debt management and quick payment approval from output to delivery tracking of suppliers. For production activities, TTF can control raw material planning, distribution and supply as well as inventory data in real time at all of the factories.

Thanks to strictly monitoring input quality and well controlling manufacturing and installation process, TTF can eliminate redundant procedures, step by step having operational advantages and making timely decisions for middle managers.

At the same time, Business Intelligence reporting system which provides a real-time overall picture of the business makes executive decisions become better and operational risks detected faster.
