FPT IS deployed digitization in business operations for Phat Dat Real Estate

On August 14^th, 2020 in Ho Chi Minh City, FPT Information System Company (FPT IS) and Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (PDR) officially launched the project to digitize the business management system for PDR.

2020 is a turning point for the global economy, creating serious impacts on domestic and foreign businesses. Based on the business strategy of PDR for the period of 2019 - 2023, improving the quality of human resources and the management system and starting digital transformation are the key tasks to change the performance and quality of work. Therefore, PDR decided to choose FPT IS as a companion in consulting and implementing the ERP enterprise resource management system according to SAP S/4HANA standard. This is one of the latest SAP ERP solutions, strongly integrating management processes, business administration, in-depth analysis and reporting, in line with the strategic goals of PDR.

The system is expected to be built within 9 months, including 6 months of implementation and 3 months of operational support after being put into operation. The system will help PDR operate smartly with the full coverage of main task systems such as accounting management, procurement, sales, distribution, project management, investment management as well as integrating an intelligent reporting system.

As a result, businesses can maximize information exchange, improve and closely monitor business operations, and minimize costs by eliminating non - value-added work and processes, improve the organization's interaction with customers, help to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage.
