FPT IS kicks off ERP project for Thien Hoa Electronics Center

Thien Hoa became the first retail firm to invest in the largest scale SAP ERP project in Vietnam.

On November 8, FPT IS officially kicked off ERP project for Thien Hoa Electronics Center.

The system with 14 modules is divided into 5 phases and implemented within 10 months. It is expected that the system will go live in early September 2017. In particular, iVend retail software is integrated into ERP system for the first time. In addition to iVend POS, iVend also works well in a number of areas such as eCommerce, Loyalty, Promotions and Coupons, Single Stock Pool etc.

Nguyen Quang Hoa (General Director of Thien Nam Hoa, the owner of Thien Hoa electronics store chain) expressed their determination to successfully implement the project with the statement that "In order that the project stays on track, we are ready to close the stores during the holidays of National Day (2/9), although this provides the peak sales opportunity”. And the best resources of Thien Hoa will be mobilized for the project.

“Thien Hoa became the first retail firm to invest in the large-scale ERP. It's a big challenge for the ERP implementation team. However, with the support from the project team of Thien Hoa, as well as experience and a strong sense of responsibility, FPT IS undertakes to complete the project ahead of schedule," Deputy General Director of FPT IS ERP Bui Trieu Anh Tuan stated.

Earlier, the two sides signed the contract on October 19.

Thien Nam Hoa was founded in 2001, specializing in interior furniture and electronics. At present, Thien Nam Hoa has 7 Thien Hoa interior furniture and electronics stores in HCMC and Binh Duong.
