FPT IS launches FPT.iHRP project for HD Bank

On May 13, FPT IS held a launching ceremony of the personnel and wage management software FPT.iHRP for HD Bank. It is expected that the project will be completed within 6 months and put into use in December this year.

The project consists of 9 modules including system management, recruitment management, HR management, training management, attendance management, salary management, insurance management, evaluation management and employee self-service.

FPT.iHRP will help HD Bank unify its management processes and improve HR organization. This will pay the way for long-term HR plan, HP training, compensation policy, insurance etc.

Built on overall management foundation, FPT.iHRP not only plays a role as HR management software, but also offers businesses a modern and effective management method.

FPT.iHRP is a packing product, running on Web browser and combining with Mobility – the most popular technology currently. It is thought that this software is appraised by easy utilization, low infrastructure investment cost, easy and quick operation, maintenance, upgrade, multi-languages support and user familiarity.
