FPT IS runs Performance Management System for FE Credit

Finance Company Limited, abbreviated as VPB FC (Brand FE Credit) under Vietnam Prosperity Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) officially launched Performance Management System – PMS deployed by FPT IS.

The system is expected to help FE Credit build up a team of well trained and qualified employees, then contributing to its sustainable development as well as increasing competitiveness in retail sector.

The project, kicked off by FPT IS in May 2016, consists of modules: System Administration; Position Management, Information Management; Performance Evaluation Form; Evaluation process; Management of evaluation result, personal development plan and report and internal survey.

In July, FPT IS also won the contracts for the deployment and installation of enterprise management solutions for 2 customers, including: ERP system for Nguyen Minh Steel Manufacturing & Trading Co.,Ltd and FPT.iHRP for Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) - Branch Ben Thanh.
