Mr. Duong Dung Trieu, Chairman of FPT IS said that the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic portal system integrates numerous new technologies and functions such as public service software, e-mail system, SMS technology to support the editorial board, news archive .... In addition, the system is equipped with a firewall to prevent unauthorized access, load balancing technology to ensure the speed of access and stability of the system ... Particularly, all equipment of the system is designed to run in pairs in parallel to ensure high availability, therefore when an equipment is failed, there will be immediately the replacement one to operate the Ministry of Public Security Portal.

Representer of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security said that implementing the Government's policy of promoting the application of information technology to modernize the administration, in the process of building an "e-government", strengthening the reform of administrative procedures, the Ministry of Public Security has re-established the Electronic portal of the Ministry of Public Security on the basis of upgrading the formal electronic portal. The Electronic portal of the Ministry of Public Security has been strongly reformed both in terms of content and form, with the most up-to-date technology platform that ensures a good response to functional requirements and long-term development, as well as the integration of the Ministry of Public Security's systems.

According to the Office of the Ministry of Public Security, the electronic portal system is now operating in a stable way with diversified and updated information sources. In the coming time, the Ministry of Public Security will coordinate with professional units to integrate new features such as Level 3 and Level 4 public services on the Portal so that all citizens can access and implement the administrative procedures of the Ministry in a convenient, easy and transparent way.
