FPT IS “builds” digital transformation platform for MEDLATEC General Hospital

FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (FPT IS) and MEDLATEC General Hospital - a member of MEDLATEC Group officially put the comprehensive corporate governance system SAP ERP into operation after 6-monthdeployment. The system will help MEDLATEC modernize governance, improving the quality of health care, serving millions of people.

Understanding the breakthrough opportunities from the trend of integration and digital transformation, many businesses have been proactive and determined to accelerate the digitalization process, implementing corporate restructuring to improve operational efficiency and grow scale and expand the scope of activity. To achieve the above goal, the implementation of the ERP management system at MEDLATEC is considered by the Executive Board to be a key factor, the first step for the business to have a solid IT infrastructure for digital transformation.

The system uses SAP S/4 HANA - the world's leading solution package for corporate governance of SAP, which was built according to advanced management standards. These includes extensive components from accounting, buying - selling, electronic invoices, maintenance, and integrates intelligent management reporting software for the Executive Board and some others such as Hospital Management, Laboratory Management. The system is expected to make a turning point in the system management and operation of MEDLATEC.

Particularly, MEDLATEC will have a centralized data system, updated in real time on a single platform. As a result, business processes are simplified, streamlined and standardized, helping to optimize system operations, and provide accurate and cross-departmental information, reduce redundant data and save time. Operational reports are also automatically synthesized and set up with high security, so MEDLATEC leaders can easily grasp the operation situation as well as quickly make decisions at critical times.
