FPT Japan Commended for its Endeavors in Facilitating Economic and Cultural Collaboration between Vietnam and Japan

In celebration of FPT Japan's 18th anniversary, on the afternoon of November 20, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Japan Pham Quang Hieu paid a visit to confer commendation upon the company. This accolade acknowledges FPT Japan's substantive contributions to fostering economic and cultural exchanges between Vietnam and Japan.

Over nearly two decades within the Japanese landscape, FPT Japan has been heralded as a vanguard enterprise linking and promoting reciprocal relations. Most recently, FPT orchestrated a distinctive concert featuring the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra (VNSO), commemorating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Japan. The company brought the symphony orchestra across six major provinces and cities in Japan, introducing the rich cultural heritage of Vietnam to Japanese acquaintances.

From an economic perspective, FPT Japan has diligently contributed to positioning Vietnam as a strategic tech partner. The company has achieved numerous laudable milestones by embarking on a comprehensive development strategy in this pivotal market. Specifically, it aspires to become one of Japan's top 20 pioneering entities in digital transformation.

Giving congratulations on FPT Japan's accomplishments, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu expressed his impressions of the company's remarkable growth since its establishment in 2005. The Ambassador emphasized that FPT Japan's robust post-pandemic evolution underscores the judiciousness of the company's strategic orientation.

Representing the company, FPT Japan's CEO, Do Van Khac, conveyed his joy at receiving the commendation from the Ambassador. He affirmed the corporation's commitment to collaborative endeavors with the embassy to promote further economic and cultural exchanges between Vietnam and Japan.

Since its establishment in 2005, FPT has been actively engaged with the embassy across various initiatives: supporting the creation of the website for the Vietnam Embassy in Japan (2015), the website of the Consulate General in Osaka (2019), the website of the Consulate General in Fukuoka (2022), and the comprehensive redesign of the interface and structure of the Vietnam Embassy website in Japan in July 2023.
