FPT Signs Six AI Transformation Partnerships with Leading Conglomerates in Thailand and Singapore

As part of the Vietnam–Thailand Business Forum in Bangkok and the Vietnam–Singapore Technology Connectivity Forum, and in the presence of General Secretary and President To Lam as well as senior leaders from Thailand and Singapore, FPT signed six strategic cooperation agreements on AI transformation and digital transformation with leading corporations in agribusiness, manufacturing, banking, energy, logistics, and ground handling services.

These partnerships highlight FPT’s increasingly prominent role in the global AI transformation wave, as leading enterprises across Thailand, Singapore, and the broader region continue to select FPT as a trusted partner for large-scale AI initiatives. The agreements also demonstrate FPT’s technological capabilities, practical implementation expertise, and growing reputation in international markets, further reinforcing Vietnam’s position as a strategic technology partner in the region.

Commenting on the agreements, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Corporation, said that the decision by leading regional corporations to partner with FPT on strategic AI transformation programs reflects growing interest in applying AI to business operations, production, and management.

Driving AI Transformation Across Key Industries

In Thailand, FPT signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF), one of the world’s leading agro-industrial and food companies, to explore and implement AI and digital transformation solutions across the group's value chain. The partnership will focus on enhancing data analytics, traceability, and intelligent operations.

FPT also entered into a partnership with SCG, one of ASEAN’s largest industrial conglomerates, to explore and deploy next-generation AI and digital transformation initiatives across the group’s business ecosystem. The collaboration will focus on AI transformation, Agentic AI, intelligent operations, ERP consulting, and digital infrastructure development.

Potential applications include AI-powered manufacturing optimization, predictive maintenance, intelligent supply chain management, warehouse automation, quality control, and digital twin technologies. These initiatives are expected to improve operational efficiency while supporting sustainability objectives. The partnership is also expected to expand AI adoption across SCG’s businesses in chemicals and petrochemicals, cement and building materials, packaging, logistics, and enterprise transformation.

Expanding Strategic Partnerships in Singapore

In Singapore, FPT expanded collaboration with leading enterprises in finance, energy, logistics, and transportation.

With UOB, one of Asia’s leading multinational banks, FPT will collaborate on AI transformation, digital transformation, financial service innovation, and the development of the regional fintech ecosystem.

With Sembcorp, a leading Singapore-based energy and urban development group, FPT will advance cooperation in AI transformation, digital transformation, data centers, renewable energy, and smart city development, paving the way for large-scale digital transformation projects that leverage the strengths of both organizations.

In logistics and transportation, FPT signed a partnership agreement with Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS), a leading provider of ground handling and air cargo services with more than 50 years of experience. The two organizations will explore strategic collaboration opportunities in AI, technology innovation, and logistics across Singapore, Vietnam, and the broader Asian market.

FPT also entered into a strategic partnership with ComfortDelGro, one of the world’s largest multinational transportation companies, to develop intelligent mobility solutions, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences across the region.
