FPT signs digital transformation cooperation agreement with Vinh Phuc until 2030

As part of the opening ceremony of TechFest Vinh Phuc 2024, the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc Province and FPT Corporation signed a cooperation agreement on digital transformation and high-quality human resource training until 2030.
On December 20, 2024, the 2nd Vinh Phuc Innovation Startup Festival (TechFest Vinh Phuc 2024) officially opened with the participation of government leaders, central ministries, Vinh Phuc provincial officials, experts, investors, startup support organizations from within and outside the country, and approximately 600 delegates. The event was co-organized by the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc Province in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
During the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee, and Mr. Nguyen The Phuong, Executive Vice President of FPT Corporation, conducted the signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement on digital transformation and high-quality human resource training, effective until 2030.

According to the agreement, FPT will collaborate with Vinh Phuc Province to develop policies that promote digital transformation within the province, ensuring alignment with the policies and regulations of the Party and the State. FPT will also organize training programs for leaders, civil servants, business personnel, household businesses, and residents on digital transformation.
Additionally, FPT will provide comprehensive consultancy on completed digital transformation products tailored to various sectors, fields, and agencies. DX packages will also be offered to assist local enterprises in adopting digital transformation applications. Moreover, FPT will further guide the province in developing strategies for building smart cities that align with the local context and resources of both parties.
Vinh Phuc Province will be assisted in data planning to establish a centralized database serving residents, businesses, and provincial agencies, laying the foundation for the development of the National Database.

In parallel, FPT will support programs to help local businesses and households market their products nationwide through the Sendo e-commerce platform.
In terms of human resource training, FPT will explore establishing the FPT Education Complex in the province. The Corporation will assess the state of education and advise on digital transformation in education, proposing solutions to integrate advanced technology and AU into teaching and learning.
In 2022, the Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee and FPT Corporation signed a cooperation agreement aimed at advancing digital transformation in the province through 2025. The partnership focuses on jointly developing e-government, digital government, digital economy, digital society, and smart city initiatives in Vinh Phuc.
FPT Corporation has actively facilitated the signing of digital transformation cooperation agreements with nearly 32 localities and has conducted digital transformation awareness training for tens of thousands of leaders at various levels nationwide. Leveraging the Corporation's technological expertise and digital transformation experience, as well as considering the socio-economic characteristics and competitive advantages of each locality, FPT offers advice on socio-economic development planning, digital transformation strategies, and large-scale awareness campaigns aimed at fostering a shift toward digital transformation. These activities aim to promote comprehensive socio-economic development across all three pillars: digital economy, digital government, and digital society, contributing to the realization of the digital national model.
