In terms of education, FPT aims to establish an educational complex in Dien Bien, centered around FPT University, along with high-quality primary and secondary schools. For vocational training, FPT will align its programs with the province's socio-economic development strategy, ensuring relevant and practical training for the local workforce.

To execute this plan, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa proposed that the province coordinate closely and provide strong support in infrastructure development and project connectivity, as well as facilitate FPT's initiatives in Dien Bien.

Regarding digital transformation, FPT will implement technology solutions to help Dien Bien transition from public administration to public governance. "Previously, we built information systems to serve administrative processes for the people; now, we build information systems to meet the needs of the people," shared Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa.

Leveraging its expertise and capabilities, FPT proposes translating the province's action program into concrete tasks and projects to be executed annually. This will be achieved through the digital economy, digital government, digital society, digital data, digital platforms, and digital human resource solutions.

At the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong expressed his strong impression of FPT's commitment and enthusiasm. He noted that FPT's Construction Board representatives have visited Dien Bien four times, demonstrating the Corporation's dedication and determination. On behalf of the province, he also expressed hope that FPT would invest in educational projects in Dien Bien.

A provincial representative highlighted that Dien Bien consistently leads in education among the 14 provinces of the Northern Midlands and Mountains. The province has achieved 22 national first prizes, including a first-place award in biology. "In the fields of science, technology, and education, Dien Bien is confident in choosing FPT. We consistently saw FPT's presence during numerous business trips abroad to the US, Japan, and other countries. FPT has helped break the stereotype that Vietnamese people go abroad only to pick cashews, grow coffee, or mine coal. Instead, you bring pride to Vietnam, proving that our people can make a global impact with high-quality expertise in engineering and key scientific fields. We suppose FPT establishes a presence in Dien Bien. In that case, it will serve as a source of motivation and inspiration for our civil servants and students, encouraging them to follow in the footsteps of their teachers and FPT professionals to excel in science and technology worldwide," said Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, Tran Quoc Cuong.

Dien Bien’s provincial leaders emphasized that while the province has historically excelled in military strategy and scientific innovation, it now hopes that FPT will be a long-term partner in its development journey. Their vision is for Dien Bien to be recognized not only as a historic battlefield or a vast museum but also as a symbol of resilience and progress for the people of the Northwest.
