FPT works with leaders of Ninh Bình to promote digital transformation and education cooperation

Attending the meeting were Trần Huy Tuấn, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Ninh Bình Provincial Party Committee, and Nguyễn Văn Khoa, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Corporation.

At the meeting, FPT leaders discussed orientations for cooperation with Ninh Bình Province in digital transformation, education, and human resource training. FPT’s proposals were considered aligned with the province’s green and sustainable development orientation, aiming to build Ninh Bình into a centrally governed city with a heritage-based urban identity.

FPT Corporation proposed to survey and invest in building an inter-level FPT school system in the central area (covering Ninh Bình and the former Nam Định area), integrated with vocational training aligned with enterprise demand. The project aims to establish a modern education ecosystem based on technology, contributing to improving human resource quality and enabling students to access advanced learning environments locally.

In addition, FPT expressed its intention to cooperate with the province in building and operating a data center to support socio-economic governance and administration; improve the quality of administrative procedure processing; and support businesses and citizens in production and business activities. The Corporation also proposed supporting the province in investment promotion and international cooperation, particularly in key sectors such as high technology, smart tourism, and clean industry.

Leaders of Ninh Bình Province highly appreciated FPT’s capabilities, experience, and cooperation orientation, while affirming that the locality will always create favorable conditions to attract investors with strong capacity, reputation, and advanced technology.

In the field of digital transformation, Ninh Bình Province proposed that FPT support the development of a synchronized and modern data planning framework, contributing to improving governance and operational efficiency. The two sides also discussed coordination in training digital human resources to meet development requirements in the new phase.

In education, Ninh Bình Province stated that it is restructuring the school system and will study land-use planning in central areas to develop modern education complexes, facilitating high-quality training models.

In addition, Ninh Bình Province expressed its desire for FPT to share experience and support promoting the province’s image internationally, thereby contributing to attracting high-quality foreign direct investment flows.

Both sides expressed expectations that future cooperation will create practical values, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of Ninh Bình Province and improving the quality of life for its people.

Over the years, FPT has collaborated with the Government, provinces, and enterprises nationwide in digital transformation. The Corporation has partnered with localities to implement comprehensive digital transformation, building digital government, digital economy, and digital society based on data and artificial intelligence platforms. FPT has developed core technologies to support governance and operations, including data-related platforms that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency for state management agencies.

FPT is also focusing on investing in five strategic technology directions, including Quantum AI, Cyber Security, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology, Data, and railway technology, to accompany provinces and cities and move toward becoming a technology mapping hub of Vietnam.
