FPT ranked Top 1 'Employer of Choice' in IT sector for 2024

FPT Corporation has been named the Top 1 Employer of Choice in the IT sector for 2024, according to Career Viet. The “Employer of Choice 2024” award is part of the Employer of Choice (EOC) program organized by Career Viet in collaboration with market research firm Amco Việt Nam. Held annually since 2013, the program honors leading companies that establish ideal working environments and attract top talent.

The award involved surveys of over 39,000 respondents nationwide from November 28, 2023, to January 9, 2024, covering 3,105 leading companies across various sectors. Assessment criteria included workplace professionalism and openness, employee benefits, and learning and personal development opportunities.

In 2024, FPT received five accolades: Top 1 Employer of Choice in the IT sector for large enterprises, Top 5 Employer of Choice for Large Enterprises, Top 1 Employer of Choice for Candidates in the IT Sector, Top 8 Companies Providing Outstanding Recruitment Experiences, and Top 12 Most Liked Employers by Internal Employees for Large Enterprises.
