FPT makes digital transformation for SABECO

FPT Software (a member company of FPT Corporation) and Saigon Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Corporation (SABECO) just signed the contract for the implementation of Distribution System management - Sales Force Automation solution DMS-SFA.

This is a strategic project in the overall development plan of the SABECO 4.0 initiative in the period of 2020 – 2021 in order to optimize, standardize and automate processes in the system.

Accordingly, FPT Software will deploy solutions to digitize the process of sales and distribution for SABECO, help minimize manual tasks and improve service quality. At the same time, the transformation supports SABECO in access customer data in the fastest way, thereby make analysis and forecast and design effective business strategies, contributing to asserting its leading position in the Vietnamese market and increasing international competitiveness.

“Through investment projects to digitalize operations, we will develop a highly qualified sales team, while increasing efficiency in management and business operations of our partners and distributors,” said Mr. Bennett Neo - General Director of SABECO.

The DMS-SFA project will be deployed nationwide in the second quarter of 2021.
