About the survey conducted by Anphabe and Nielsen:

Conducted since 2013, the only professional survey in Vietnam helps companies measure and improve Employer Brand’s Attractiveness effectively. Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work ranking is based on results of external employer brand health measurement and excludes internal employee participant, which means internal votes are totally extracted. With the perception gaps between insiders and outsiders, firms will have a multidimensional view towards their employer brand health, hence they can make some improvements or build better strategies to attract and retain talents.

This year’s survey, conducted online from October 2015 to January 2015, saw the participation of 22,688 experienced employees of hundreds of leading enterprises coming from 24 industries nationwide. Microsoft has topped the list for 3 consecutive years from 2013 to 2015.
