Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, CEO of FPT, expressed his keen interest in forging a close partnership with the province across several pivotal areas, highlighting that one of FPT's primary goals is establishing an educational system in Thai Binh.
To this end, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa introduced two models: UniSchool (a large-scale educational complex) and MiniSchool (a compact school model). To bring these concepts to life, FPT proposed that provincial leaders put in place supportive policies that would allow both parties to collaborate and nurture the development of local education.
Additionally, the FPT CEO rolled out a broad-based digital transformation strategy aimed at driving Thai Binh's socio-economic growth, with an emphasis on seven core pillars: institutional frameworks and policies, digital economy, digital government, digital society, human resources for the digital age, digital data, and digital platforms & infrastructure. These initiatives are designed to help Thai Binh cultivate a robust digital economy, foster intelligent governance, and significantly enhance the quality of life for its citizens through technology.
In the discussions between FPT and the leaders of provincial departments, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province – acknowledged that both the province and FPT share a common vision. He stressed that both sides should give top priority to rolling out educational initiatives first, with a particular focus on high school and vocational training programs.

The provincial authorities identified a substantial demand for vocational training within industrial parks. To address this, the provincial Department of Education and Training has been tasked with conducting a survey to pinpoint vocational training needs for 2025–2030. Based on the findings, they will craft a tailored plan that ensures students can secure employment immediately after finishing their courses.
On the topic of digital transformation, the Chairman urged FPT to conduct on-the-ground surveys and come up with detailed proposals. He also pledged that the province would create favorable conditions to ensure these projects yield the best outcomes.
