FPT provides health check expenses declaration software free of charge

Since December 15, 2015, all medical practices across the country have been allowed to install and use health check expenses declaration software for free. This software by FPT can export XML files following the standard defined in the dispatch No. 2348/BYT-BH of the Ministry of Health.

 To use the tool free of charge, all medical practices can access the website bangke.bhyt247.com. 

With more than 100 medical practices using FPT e.Hospital, the FPT representative ensured that they would export their data in a timely manner.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health published the dispatches No. 2348/BYT-BH and No. 8623/BYT-BH to require medical practices to finish extracting lists of health check expenses according to the electronic form by December 31, 2015 as prescribed by the Ministry of Health. This aimed to synchronize data all over the country in order to serve health insurance assessment and payment at the local level. 

Through the survey of FPT, the data extraction at the medical practices was facing many difficulties such as outdated software, exporting XML files etc. Therefore, it was very challenging for medical practices to finish extracting lists of health check expenses by December 31, 2015.

Previously, on September 23, 2015, the Hai Phong City People's Committee held an opening ceremony of the first online gateway of health insurance assessment in the country at www.bhyt247.com. Via this app, Hai Phong Social Insurance finished the assessment and settlement for nearly 2 million medical visits via health insurance. This achievement was contributed to by FPT’s successful data connection with all medical practices for social health insurance schemes in Hai Phong city. Accordingly, though all medical practices in the city of Hai Phong were using up to 9 different kinds of hospital management software, FPT performed the connection without replacing the current softwares. Then, they operated stably while their daily activities were not disrupted. 

With the software by FPT, medical practices are free to:

• List health check expenses as prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

• Extracting lists of health check expenses into XML files by December 31, 2015 as prescribed by the Ministry of Health to serve health insurance assessment and payment at the local level.
