FPT ranked among Top 5 listed companies highly regarded by financial institution

At the launching ceremony of Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE) and announcing 2016 IR Poll Results jointly held by VAFE and Vietstock in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) on November 4, FPT Corporation received two highest professional awards including Top 2 listed companies with the best IR activities in 2016 and Top 5 listed companies highly regarded by financial institutions. This is the 6^th consecutive year FPT was honored as the Top 5 listed companies with the best IR activities (since 2011).

There were more than 200 guests including senior officials from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Home Affair, the State Securities Commission, financial institutions and listed companies attending the ceremony.

The program is organized to honor companies with the best IR activities. With the aim of raising awareness of the role and importance of IR activities on Vietnam stock market; promoting the development of stock market transparency and reflecting the true value of the enterprise, creating professional development and sustainability for attracting capital channel of enterprises.

To reach the Top 5, listed companies must ensure full observance of the timeliness and regulations on information disclosure on Vietnam stock market during the reviewed period; pass through a rigorous evaluation round on Investor Relations (IR) from professional financial institutions as well as receiving the most votes from domestic and overseas investors’ community.
