FPT Retail launch the largest Apple store
In the morning of July 26, the 4th Apple store (F.Studio) in Hanoi as well as the 7th one nationwide was officially kicked off at Vincom Mega Mall Royal City, Hanoi.

In the opening day, hundreds of customers visited and purchased at F.Studio that was situated in the largest commerce and entertainment centre in Southeast Asia.
Up to now, F.Studio by FPT Retail in Royal City has been the largest Apple store with an area of 200 square meters, located in the major commercial center and the most densely populated area.
According to Mr. Ngo Quoc Bao, Apple Director of FPT Retail, Vincom Mega Mall Royal City is such a potential and attractive center that a large number of customers will gather here in the near future.
"F.Studio will enable FPT to boost its retail sector by developing services in depth and width. Once convinced, customers will keep on using the services. 60% of buyers at F.Studio in Ho Chi Minh City have returned to the store", said Apple Representative.
It is announced that during six opening days (from July 26 to July 31), those who buy Apple products at F.Studio by FPT have refundment of up to VND 5 million for risk cases. In addition, they are funded 65% of golden warranty package which provides malfunctioning products with free repair and replacement. If those products are impossible to repair, possessors can exchange them for new ones or be repaid money.
